Acrylic polyurethane weather-resistant magnetic paint

1. Product Composition:

The acrylic polyurethane magnetic paint is composed of hydroxyl acrylic resin, pigment, additives, solvent and so on as component 1, and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) as component 2.

It dries quickly, has high gloss and good leveling property. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties and adhesion. The film is tough and wear-resistant. It has good chemical resistance, water resistance and gasoline resistance. It can be self-dried or dried at low temperature.

7. Construction steps:

Step 1: Substrate preparation

1. The steel surface must be cleaned of oil, dust, and loose oxide layers, then treated with shot blasting or sandblasting to meet either the Swedish Sa2.5 standard for rust removal or the St3 standard for manual and power tool applications.

2. If the base material has uneven areas, fill them with putty and sand them smooth.

Step 2: Primer application

The primer is epoxy primer, acrylic polyurethane primer or nitro primer.

Step 3: Surface paint application

1. Mix the paint slurry thoroughly before painting.

2. Mix the paint with thinner in proportion and stir thoroughly. Let it stand for 20 minutes to mature. Adjust the air pump to 3-5 bar pressure, then spray the paint evenly in a sequence of inside-out and top-bottom.

3. The prepared paint must be used within 6 hours at 25°C.

8. Precautions:

1. It is recommended to use Xingyuan Acrylic Polyurethane Paint special diluent.

2. The construction site must maintain proper ventilation and be equipped with fire prevention facilities.

3. During construction, avoid contact of coated objects with water, oil, acidic or alkaline substances.

4. After construction, clean spray guns, brushes and other tools with a dedicated diluent for acrylic polyurethane paint.

5. The coated surface must be completely dry before packaging or stacking to prevent adhesion and maintain the paint film's appearance.

6. Do not pour the diluted paint back into the original paint bucket, as this may cause gelation.

7. The remaining paint must be sealed promptly and stored in a cool, dry environment.

8. The prepared product must be used within 6 hours.

9. It is not suitable to carry out construction in the environment of rain, fog, snow, direct sunlight or humidity over 80%.

9. Storage, Transportation, and Shelf Life:

1. The product should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry place, and should be protected from direct sunlight. In summer, appropriate cooling measures should be taken when the temperature is too high.

2. During transportation, protect the product from rain and direct sunlight.

3. The product has a shelf life of 12 months. During storage, the packaging must remain unopened and meet storage conditions. After the expiration date, the product may be inspected according to the specified items in the product standards. If the results meet quality requirements, the product may still be used.

10. Safety and Environmental Protection Guidelines:

1. This product is flammable. Ensure proper ventilation and take necessary protective measures during application.

2. If the skin is stained with paint, wash it immediately with soap or other cleaning agents and plenty of water.

3. Discard of waste paint and packaging materials must comply with local environmental regulations.
